Put your headphones in, press play, and train.
Worksong turns your workout into a coaching track that talks you through every set, every rest and every round.
No screen. No timers to set. No looking at your phone between sets.

Hear it first
Five coaches. Pick the one that gets you moving.
Five coaches. Tap one to hear it. Headphones are better.
How it works
Three steps, once.
- 1
Say what you want to train
Type it however you like. "Back and biceps, 50 minutes, I have a pull-up bar and dumbbells" is enough.
- 2
It builds it and records it
The workout and the coaching track, made together, so the words match the session you are actually doing.
- 3
Start your music and go
Press play and put the phone away. The coach handles the rest.
It plays over your music
The coach talks. Your playlist keeps going.
Most audio apps take the stage. Start one and Spotify stops. On most Android phones Worksong sits on top of whatever you are already listening to, so the coach talks over your music instead of pausing it.
It keeps pace with you
Built to the shape of your session.
- An unmistakable tone at the start of every set after the first, so you can keep pace without looking at anything.
- Rest called between sets, so you are not watching a clock.
- Check-ins through long efforts, so you are not left wondering whether it is still running.
- The last set called out on multi-set work, along with what is coming next, so you are never guessing what to load.
- Supersets and circuits explained before you start one.
You only have to say it once
It remembers your gear and your bad shoulder.
Set your equipment and anything you would rather work around in Preferences. Every workout you describe after that is built for it, without you repeating yourself. Ask for something different on the day and it builds what you asked for, not what it assumed.
What it's like.

Being straight with you
What this is not.
This is an audio coach, not a medical device and not a personal trainer. It does not diagnose anything and it cannot see your form. If you tell it about an injury it will try to program around it, but it is not a substitute for a doctor or a physio.
Talk to a physician before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or an injury, are pregnant, or have not trained in a while. Train sensibly, and stop if something hurts or you feel dizzy.
Headphones strongly recommended. Requires an internet connection. Workouts are built, recorded and played from the cloud.
