1. Who can use Worksong
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in email secure, and for everything done under your account. One person per account.
2. What Worksong is
Worksong generates workouts from a goal or a pasted program and produces narrated coaching audio for them, in a coach persona you choose. It is a training aid. The current release is an early product; features may change, be added, or be removed, and we may run it as a free beta for some or all accounts.
3. Not medical advice; you assume the risk of exercise
Worksong is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. Nothing the app or its AI coach says is a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a physician or qualified professional. Consult a physician before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have not exercised recently.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. You decide which exercises to do, how much weight to use, and when to stop. By using Worksong you accept that risk and agree that you are responsible for training within your own limits and in a safe environment. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, and seek medical help.
4. AI-generated content
Workouts and coaching audio are produced by AI models (currently OpenAI’s) from the text you provide. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, unsafe for your situation, or simply odd. Review every generated workout before you follow it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, appropriate, or fit for any purpose. 5. Plans, credits, and billing
Free tier
Without a subscription you can create and edit workouts by hand, keep a workout library, and preview session timelines. AI features (workout generation and audio narration) are not available on the free tier unless a free beta is running.
Pro subscription
Pro unlocks the AI features and is billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the subscribe page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal.
Credits
AI actions consume credits from a monthly allowance. Each action has a fixed cost (for example, generating or parsing a workout costs 2 credits and narrating a session costs 3). Pro accounts receive 500 credits per billing period. When your allowance is used up, AI actions are declined until the next period. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value. If an AI action fails on our side, its credits are refunded to your allowance. We may change credit costs and allowances; current values are shown in the app.
Free beta and trials
While a free beta is running, every account can use the AI features with a monthly cap of 1,000 credits and no payment is required. We may end the beta at any time, after which the free tier and Pro subscription rules above apply. If we offer a trial, its length and credit allowance will be shown in the app.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing (the Stripe billing portal). Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Refund requests are handled by email on a case-by-case basis; where the app advertises a refund window at checkout, we honour it. Email greg@oldmanaisolutions.com.
6. Acceptable use
The coach is allowed to be crude, silly, and adult, and you can steer that with your coaching preferences. What we will not produce, and will block, is the extreme tail: sexual content involving minors, instructions or praise for serious crimes, weapons, or drug manufacture, hatred toward protected groups, credible threats, graphic gore, encouragement of self-harm, and occult or cult invocations. The app screens your coaching preferences when you save them and screens generated narration before it is stored, using a local rule set and an automated moderation model. Content that trips the filter is rejected with a reason, and you can edit and retry. The screening is automatic and that is the end of it: we do not monitor what you generate, nothing is flagged to a person, escalated, or reported to anyone, and the app has no review queue. What you make is your own personal audio log.
You also agree not to:
- use Worksong to harm, harass, or impersonate anyone;
- attempt to break the AI’s instructions, extract our prompts, or use the service for purposes other than fitness coaching;
- probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or access another person’s data;
- resell the service or its generated audio as a product of your own.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the text you enter and the workouts you build. You grant us a licence to store, process, and send that content to our AI provider only as needed to run the service for you. Generated workouts and audio are yours to use for your own training. If you create a public share link, you are choosing to make that card visible to anyone who has the link for 30 days; see the Privacy Policy for what a card contains and how to remove one.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Your Data; the Privacy Policy explains exactly what that removes. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, abuses the AI features, or creates legal or security risk for us or other users, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. On termination your right to use the app ends; sections 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11 survive.
9. Our intellectual property
The Worksong app, its code, design, prompts, coach personas, and branding belong to Oldman AI Solutions Inc. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the app as intended.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
Worksong is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oldman AI Solutions Inc. and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for personal injury arising from exercise you chose to perform, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Worksong is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or CAD $50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these apply to the extent permitted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Alberta, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of the place where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Worksong after a change means you accept the new terms.
